RESI Homes have always insisted on using Dulux for its builds and offers clients a customised range of Dulux interior and exterior paints as well as Dulux Acratex textures and renders.
“There are some products where I am happy for clients to make their own selection, but not paints and renders, because they are so important to the final finish,” Dayne explains.

The home features Dulux Professional® on all interiors, Dulux Weathershield® on all exteriors, and Dulux Acratex® Coventry® Coarse as the tinted external texture that coats about 80 per cent of the home’s exterior.
