Frequently asked questions
Delivery for A4 swatch and sticker products is free for all metro orders.
Delivery for orders of sample pots incur a flat fee of $10.
Order four or more sample pots in one transaction and receive free delivery.
1-3 business days delivery as standard for sample pots and standard products such as paint, brushes etc.
2-6 business days delivery for swatches and stickers.
Paint and accessories: Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm. If you are not home, and no alternative has been provided the courier will return the products to a store and attempt delivery the following day.
Sample pots, swatches, and stickers: smaller items will be delivered to your mailbox.

When we’ve dispatched your order, we’ll send you a text with shipment details to let you know it’s on its way.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service.
Yes! We offer a free and easy returns process in case you have an issue with your order, for example: Wrong size. We do not offer returns of paint for change of mind.
If you have received something different from what you ordered, you may return your product to your nearest Dulux Trade Centre within 30 days of purchase. Find your local centre here.
Please bring the product (unused and in original undamaged packaging), the tax invoice and the card you used to make payment to a store within 30 days of purchase.
