• Pressure wash the surface (use a 1200psi or higher-pressure machine) to remove dirt dust, algae, mould and other contaminants as much as possible.
• Prepare the surface using Dulux Concrete and Paving Bare Concrete Etch and Clean.
1. Stir thoroughly before and during use.
2. Mask all adjacent surfaces not needed for the application.
3. Use a brush to apply to any edges and hard-to-reach places.
4. Use a roller to apply 1 coat evenly across the surface.
5. Gently go over the surface in the same direction with an unloaded roller using minimal pressure to give a smooth consistent finish.
6. Allow the coated surface to dry for 20 minutes.
7. Apply a 2nd coat and allow to dry for 1 hour.
Do not pour left over paint down the drain. Unwanted paint should be brushed out on newspaper, allowed to dry and then disposed of via domestic waste collections. Empty paint containers should be left open in a well ventilated area to dry out. When dry, recycle the container via recycling programs. Disposal of empty containers via domestic recycling programs may differ between local authorities. Check with your local council to confirm local recycling programs. Alternatively, keep unwanted paint in sealed containers for disposal via special chemical waste collections. For more information on responsible disposal of paint and packaging visit paintback.com.au or painttakeback.co.nz.
