Acratex® Roof Sealer SB is a solvent based, deep penetrating and consolidating sealer used for badly weathered concrete tiles or when high pressure cleaning exposes an underlying friable powdery layer. Not suitable where the surface is sound and well consolidated – Use Acratex® Roof Sealer WB in such cases.

Dulux Acratex® Roof Sealer SB is applied by airless spray to properly prepared roof tiles, typical airless set-up: Graco Ultra 500,695,795 using 0.011-0.013 spray tip at approx 1000 psi. . Dulux Acratex® Roof Selaer SB is used as a selaer/primer coat under Roof Membrane Next Generation and Cool Roof Next Generation. Unused paintDo not pour leftover paint down the drain. Unwanted paint should be brushed out on newspaper and allowed to dry, and then disposed of via domestic waste collections.Empty paint containersLeave empty paint containers open in a well-ventilated area to dry out. When dry, recycle the container via steel can recycling programs. Disposal of empty paint containers via domestic recycling programs may differ between local authorities.
