Creating Windsor Cottage
This traditional cottage was a renovator’s dream. Its size, shape and character made it quick and easy for Three Birds Renovations to tweak the floorplan and provide a modern, contemporary family home. They transformed the interior into a light-filled, multi-purpose, and open-planned space by knocking out walls, adding arches, and using a raw, earthy palette.
The home’s exterior was complete with a light, bright facade and roof renovation. Cracked and loose roof tiles were replaced and the roof's original brown colour was updated using Dulux Acratex® Roof Membrane in Colorbond® Surfmist®, which was chosen to offset the home’s new creamy exterior and neutral detailing.
