If you do not provide the personal information requested, we will not be able to assess or fulfil your request for a paint donation. If your donation is successful, it will be part of Dulux’s CSR program to engage with and assist its community. If there is any fault with the product, Dulux will provide replacement product. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, Dulux excludes all liability in relation to the use of the product, including, without limitation, any issues with workmanship and any costs associated with remediation work. Product should be applied in accordance with the instructions provided by Dulux, on the product label, on a product data sheet, or in a Dulux specification, as may be applicable.
